Industry foodshow «Culinary Showcase Hồ Chí Minh»

   For the people who run kitchens, bars and purchasing lists in Ho Chi Minh City, distributor GoodFood is setting up a working day where international ingredients sit on the table next to operational solutions, so you leave with ideas for next season's menu rather than another catalogue. If you are weighing up a new supplier or adding a dessert line, this is where you ask the people who import the product.

   The day is split into two sessions: 09:00 – 12:00 and 13:30 – 17:00, and you pick one of them when you register, so choose the slot that fits your kitchen shift. According to the organiser's own event pages, the 2026 Culinary Showcase run has already stopped in Da Nang on 15 May at Courtyard by Marriott Danang Han River and in Hanoi on 3 July at JW Marriott Hotel Hà Nội, with Ho Chi Minh City as the next stop.

   The invitation is addressed to restaurant, bar, hotel and resort business managers, to heads of food and beverage and of purchasing, to professional chefs, bartenders and pastry chefs, and to food ingredient distributors. This is a trade event rather than a food festival for the general public, and most of its value sits in the conversations with the people who supply the produce and those who have already cooked with it.

   Behind the programme is Công ty TNHH Thực phẩm Tốt Lành, in business since 2003 and introducing itself with the line Goodfood from around the world. Its website splits the catalogue into six groups: beverage ingredients, bakery ingredients, premium butter and cheese, supplies for restaurants and hotels, imported seafood and meat, and dairy and yoghurt. That is also the everyday working range of the distributor.
