Exhibition «Vietnam Foodexpo 2026» (Vietnam International Food Industry)

   Coffee, cashews, seafood, spices: the goods that carry Vietnam's name abroad are rarely lined up under one roof. Four days in southern Saigon are a rare chance to see the whole food sector at once — with processing lines, packaging and preservation technology standing right beside the produce.

   The organiser is the Export Support Centre of the Trade Promotion Agency under the Ministry of Industry and Trade, and the show is now past its first decade. Its international wing carries a separate brand, Food Expo International, sharing the same days, the same exhibition halls A and B and the same line, «better food, better life». SIAL Vietnam 2026 runs here at the same time and describes itself as co-located with Vietnam Foodexpo.

   The 2025 edition gives the real measure of the event:

• — more than 500 booths from close to 400 companies, out of over 20 Vietnamese provinces and nearly 20 countries and territories;
• — almost 40 Japanese companies, the largest contingent the show has ever had;
• — over 2,000 advance visitor registrations from buyers in some 50 countries;
• — a National Brand pavilion and an ITC SheTrades area with eight women-led small businesses.

   The programme around the stands includes the Vietnam Foodforum, training sessions on export promotion, and a running series of one-to-one meetings between Vietnamese producers and international importers.

   Who it is for: food and agricultural exporters, buyers, distributors, restaurateurs and industrial kitchens, and companies shopping for processing machinery. International delegations are already being courted: in July 2026 the Vietnamese trade office in San Francisco invited the heads of the World Trade Center Denver and Colorado's economic development agency to bring companies over.

   No admission price is published. If you work anywhere in food, these four days are the fullest cross-section of the industry you will get this year.
