Consent to Personal Data Processing

By submitting any form on the CityGuide website (cityguide.vn) — including the "Add a place/event" form, the contact form and applications to take part in Site programs — I, acting freely, of my own will and in my own interest, give my consent to the CityGuide.vn site administration (the "Operator") to process my personal data on the following terms.

1. Scope of data. This consent covers the data I provide in the form: name or nickname, email address, phone or messenger, social media links, the content of my message, as well as technical data (cookies, IP address) collected automatically.

2. Processing operations. Collection, recording, organisation, storage, updating, use, transfer to processors acting on the Operator's instructions, anonymisation and deletion — with or without automated means.

3. Purposes:

• reviewing and publishing the event or place information I submit;
• contacting me regarding my submission;
• calculating and paying rewards under Site programs (where I take part in them);
• improving the Site.

4. Duration. This consent takes effect when the form is submitted and remains valid until the purposes of processing are achieved or until withdrawn.

5. Withdrawal. I may withdraw this consent at any time by emailing [email protected]. Withdrawal does not affect the lawfulness of processing carried out before it. Upon withdrawal, the Operator stops processing and deletes the data, except where its retention is required by the laws of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam.

6. Processing is carried out in accordance with Decree 13/2023/ND-CP on Personal Data Protection and the Privacy Policy. I confirm that I have read the Site's Terms of Use.
