Exhibition «Future Travel World Ho Chi Minh City»

   Choosing where to travel next gets easier when the people who will take you there are standing in front of you, answering questions. An international travel show is coming to Ho Chi Minh City: tourism boards, hotels and resorts, cruise and yachting companies, golf resorts, tour operators and travel startups gather in one hall in the middle of Saigon, bringing destinations, prices and offers for the season ahead.

   The organiser is Beyond Lifestyle, a company that builds its shows around one idea — experience before you buy: instead of a brochure on a counter, a conversation with the person who answers for the product. The floor is split into themed zones, so you can plan your route before you walk in.

• — Destinations: countries, cities, islands, beaches, mountains and lesser-known places;
• — Hotels and resorts: city luxury and boutique addresses, beach resorts, villas, new openings;
• — Wellness and longevity: wellness resorts, medical spas, retreats, clinics;
• — Cruises and yachting: ocean and river lines, sailing and expedition routes;
• — Golf and sports travel: golf resorts, sports resorts, training camps;
• — Adventure and nature: safari, hiking, diving, skiing;
• — Gourmet travel, travel tech and holiday property: food and wine, AI booking services, resort homes.

   Access works day by day, and that is worth knowing in advance. The opening day, Thursday, belongs to the trade: buyer meetings, business matchmaking, destination presentations, hotel group talks, travel tech and investment — it is built for travel agents, tour operators, MICE and corporate buyers, hotel groups, investors and media. From Friday to Sunday the halls are open to everyone, professionals and ordinary travellers alike.

   There are three passes, and they are not the same:

• — Friday, trade and public parts together — $83.71;
• — Saturday and Sunday, the public part only — $94.08;
• — premium pass for all four days, the closed trade Thursday included — $292.15.

   Sales close on 27 October and the organiser gives no refunds: a paid pass counts as a binding registration. If the show is postponed, valid passes transfer automatically to the new dates. The programme, speakers and exhibitor line-up may still change.

   The Ho Chi Minh City edition is the first one: the series has no past editions yet, it is announced in parallel in six US cities, and the Vietnamese show is the only one outside the States. No named exhibitor list or presentation schedule had been published at the time of the announcement, so ask the organiser about specific brands and destinations before you buy a pass.
