Viet Nam International Logistics Exhibition «VILOG 2026»

   Warehouse robots, electric forklifts, AGV and AMR fleets, smart storage systems, seaports and air cargo services all end up under one roof in Ho Chi Minh City. If your job involves buying, storing or moving goods, a few days at the exhibition complex in the city's south can replace months of supplier calls and site visits.

   The fourth edition of the country's flagship logistics show runs under the theme “Shaping Smart and Sustainable”. Organisers have booked 450 companies from 22 countries and territories across more than 550 booths — port operators, international freight forwarders, and manufacturers of warehouse robotics, electric forklifts and commercial vehicles. Attendance is projected at over 25,000 visits; for scale, the 2025 edition drew 15,176 visitors across 400 booths from more than 300 companies.

   The exhibition floor is only half the story. A dense conference programme runs alongside it:

• — Logistics Forum ASEAN – Viet Nam, first edition, on digital trade and electronic bills of lading (eBL), run with FIATA, AFFA and the Vietnam Logistics Business Association (VLA);
• — a series of Air Cargo Workshops hosted by IATA;
• — a forum on linking logistics providers with fruit and vegetable exporters, organised with VINAFRUIT;
• — the dialogue “Smart & Green Logistics”, built around practical case studies;
• — VILOG Talk — open sessions on maritime technology, automated warehousing and commercial transport;
• — VILOG Insight Tour — off-site visits to the AJ Total Việt Nam cold storage facility and Tân Cảng Hiệp Phước port.

   This is a trade audience: logistics operators, procurement and production managers hunting for a vendor or a technology, port and warehousing firms, supply-chain startups. Agricultural exporters get the cold-chain track, retailers the last-mile solutions, factories the warehouse automation.    The show is co-organised by the Vietnam Logistics Business Association (VLA) and the fair operator VINEXAD, under the direction of the Ministry of Industry and Trade (Bộ Công Thương) and with support from the Agency of Foreign Trade (Cục Xuất nhập khẩu).    One practical note: SECC hosts several trade fairs on the same dates, so head for Exhibition Hall B, where the logistics show sits. Viet Cold Chain and ROBOTEX (robotics and smart factories) run in parallel in the same complex, and together they read as a single route through the smart supply-chain theme.
