Exhibition «VIETOFFICE 2026»

   An entire modern workplace fits into three days in Ho Chi Minh City: from the everyday ballpoint pen to laser printers, electronic door locks, attendance systems and video-conference rooms. This is where procurement teams handle the goods in person, meet suppliers face to face and negotiate on the spot instead of scrolling through catalogues.

   VIETOFFICE 2026 is the third edition of the International Exhibition for Smart Office Solutions, Office Equipment and Stationery, run by VINEXAD, a UFI-member trade-fair organiser, together with the Vietnam Office Machine Association (VOMA). The show keeps the theme it carried in 2025 — “Hiện Đại Hóa Văn Phòng – Kết Nối và Đổi Mới”, or “Office Modernisation: Connection and Innovation” — and stays focused on where technology meets workplace design. The official exhibitor directory already lists close to 100 companies from Vietnam, China, South Korea, India, Malaysia and Taiwan.

   What is worth planning around:

• — the opening ceremony on the morning of day one, followed by a VIP tour for ministry officials, embassy staff and foreign chambers of commerce in Vietnam;
• — a specialist industry seminar on the afternoon of the opening day;
• — a B2B matchmaking programme running almost all day directly at the stands;
• — four core exhibit groups — stationery; office interiors; office machines and office technology; accessories and gifts — extended this year with office furniture and school equipment.

   The audience is professional buyers: admin and procurement managers, stationery distributors and dealers, bookstore chains, schools and training centres, importers and exporters, supermarket and shopping-mall operators. If you are choosing a copier fleet, shredders or an access-control system for a whole office building, you can compare specs, print quality and quotes from several suppliers in a single visit.

   The first edition closed with more than 6,000 visits, 100 exhibiting companies and 150 stands — enough for Vietnam's office-supply trade to claim an annual show of its own. The organisers point to two drivers behind the sector's growth: a steadily expanding education system, and companies scaling up headcount and office space, which pushes demand towards mid- and high-value hardware such as laser printers, copiers and projectors.

   One practical note about the venue. SECC sits in District 7, on the Phú Mỹ Hưng side of the city, and runs several exhibitions in parallel across its halls. VIETOFFICE 2026 occupies Exhibition Hall A2, so follow the A2 signage from the main gate.

   Admission requires a visitor code issued after advance registration; groups of two or more must register each member separately, with an individual email and phone number.
