Exhibition «Cafe Show Hanoi 2026» (coffee, tea and F&B)

   Tasting specialty lots from a dozen countries, watching national champions brew a metre away, then comparing machines, green beans and packaging from several hundred suppliers in a single lap of the hall — Hanoi gets one show like this a year. If coffee is your trade, or a hobby you take seriously, this is the trip across the Red River worth clearing a day for.

   This is Cafe Show's second run in the capital, under the theme «A Cup Of the World». The organiser's profile for the Hanoi edition lists 250 booths, companies from 20 countries and 30,000+ expected visitors, with the B2B side built around over 400 Vietnamese and international brands and suppliers. Exhibit categories run from coffee, tea, bakery and dairy through ceramics, ingredients, machinery, packaging and payment solutions to café furniture and franchise offers.

   The organisers split visitors into three groups, and all three have something to do here. Industry professionals: café owners, F&B chain operators, importers and distributors, suppliers of machines and ingredients, and the architects who design F&B spaces. Coffee professionals: baristas, roasters, trainers and brand founders. And consumers: coffee and tea lovers, Gen Z and millennials into specialty, and anyone quietly planning a café of their own.

   Cafe Show started in Seoul in 2002 as Asia's first specialised coffee exhibition and has run annually in Vietnam since 2016. Its Ho Chi Minh City edition this April, according to the organiser, closed with 200 exhibitors from 20 countries, 450 leading brands and 20,000 visitors from 45 countries. The Vietnamese organiser is Exporum Vietnam Company Limited.

   The show occupies Hall 2 of VEC, the 900,000 sqm exhibition complex built by Vingroup that opened on 19 August 2025 where three Hanoi bridges — Đông Trù, Nhật Tân and Tứ Liên — meet. It stands in Đông Anh, on the far bank of the Red River from the Old Quarter, so allow more travel time than a downtown venue would need. Tea Show Hanoi and Vietnam F&B Packaging run in the same hall on the same days.

   Some context on the industry behind those stands: in the first seven months of 2026 Vietnam exported roughly one million tonnes of coffee — more in volume than a year earlier, but US$5.45 billion in value, down 11%.

   Entry is free for every visitor category, walk-ins included. Registering online before opening day gets you a QR code by email and a quicker gate; registering at the counter is free too, but badge printing can mean queueing. Groups of ten or more — universities, associations, companies — are asked to email the organisers in advance so badges can be printed from a list.

   One rule worth planning around: because the stands run high-powered machines, high-voltage supply and hot liquids, the show admits visitors aged 16 and over only, and under-16s are not let in even with an adult. Dress is smart-casual — the organisers ask you not to turn up in flip-flops or shorts. Pets, weapons and flammable materials are not allowed on site, and the whole venue is non-smoking.
