Business Events1 / 2Seeing a warehouse run with almost nobody on the floor, and shortlisting an entire supply chain in one go — from a palletising robot to a courier's electric bike — is easiest when the industry gathers under one roof. This autumn Hanoi hosts four logistics shows staged side by side: last-mile delivery, cargo and freight, warehouse automation and cold chain. The exhibition floor is free to walk, and the organiser expects 6,000+ trade visitors.
The venue is Cung Triển lãm Kiến trúc, Quy hoạch Xây dựng Quốc gia (NECC, the National Exhibition Construction Center), and all four parallel shows come from one organiser, Connect Exposition Asia:
The conference runs on both days across two halls. On day one, hall 1 covers food and pharma logistics — cold chain across ASEAN, pharma compliance, food traceability, energy efficiency in cold warehousing; hall 2 takes the wider supply chain: AI and smart ports, diversification and nearshoring, digital freight forwarding, green logistics. On day two, hall 1 goes to the cargo track and hall 2 to the last mile: warehouse-to-door automation, data-driven delivery operations, quick commerce, electric vehicles in urban logistics. The organiser lists 20+ sessions and 40+ speakers, among them executives from DHL Global Forwarding (Vietnam), ITL Logistics, Karl Gross Logistics Vietnam and 3A International Logistics.
The show is built for trade professionals: operations and logistics directors from retail and marketplaces, 3PL and 4PL operators, freight forwarders, warehouse and industrial park owners, packaging suppliers, software developers. If you are the person answering for goods arriving on time and not getting pricier on the way, two days here replace a year of supplier hunting, with everyone in front of you rather than in a slide deck.
Visiting the exhibition is free, though you register in advance and entry is open to trade professionals only. The conference is priced separately: VND 499,000 per day for Vietnamese companies and USD 79 per day for international ones, excluding 8% VAT. A delegate pass covers the sessions, the buyer-seller lounge, coffee breaks and lunch. Selected buyers can apply to the VIP Buyer Programme, which opens the conference for free.
The Hanoi edition has moved: in 2025 it ran at Trung tâm Triển lãm Quốc tế I.C.E Hà Nội, and in 2026 it settles at NECC on Đỗ Đức Dục, out in the western Nam Từ Liêm district.
For booths, delegate packages and the VIP Buyer Programme the organiser answers at [email protected].
If your business lives or dies by freight arriving on schedule, these two days in Hanoi will do more than a month of emails.
