Regent Culinary Residency: «From Wilderness to Wonder»

   From 6 to 9 October, The Regent Phu Quoc hosts the chef residency «From Wilderness to Wonder», part of the Regent Culinary Residency Series - four evenings with Chef Mirko Gatti of Italy's [àbitat], holder of a MICHELIN Green Star 2025.

   [àbitat] is less a restaurant than a living gastronomic project about the relationship between people, place and nature: Chef Gatti works with wild foraging, fermentation and seasonal ingredients, drawing on experience in kitchens across London, Copenhagen and Milan. On Phu Quoc, his menu is built around the island's terroir and biodiversity.

   The residency runs across two settings. «The Wild Table» at the Herb Garden takes place on 6 and 8 October, 6-10pm; dinner at Oku restaurant runs 7 and 9 October, also 6-10pm, on a four-hand tasting menu (Chef Gatti alongside the Oku team) - à la carte is unavailable those evenings.
