Fair «SIAL Vietnam 2026» (International Food and Beverage)

   The world's largest food trade fair network lands in Vietnam for the first time. For four days in southern Saigon, brands that usually meet only in Paris, Shanghai or Toronto put their samples on tables next to domestic suppliers — and most stands let you taste on the spot.

   This is the first edition of the brand in Vietnam, joining a network already present in Paris, Canada, Shanghai, Guangzhou, Malaysia and Indonesia. The fair is co-located with Vietnam Foodexpo, so one trip opens two show floors.

   The product range is broad: chilled and frozen food, confectionery, cereals, fruit and nuts, ready-to-eat lines, oils, spices, beverages, coffee and tea, plus processing and packaging technology. An online business matching system lets buyers preview booths and products and book one-to-one meetings before they arrive.

   Who it is for: importers and exporters, distributors, retail and supermarket chains, hotels, restaurants, chefs and catering operators. The organisers put the case bluntly: an empty kitchen or an empty shelf is lost revenue, and a single supplier is a risk.

   Who gets in free. Trade visitor registration is entirely free of charge for professional buyers, distributors and industry stakeholders who register online before the deadline. On-site registration still requires you to complete the online form on a phone or laptop for business verification before the badge is issued. A QR code arrives by email and is exchanged for a badge at exhibition hall B2. This is a professional B2B fair: it is not open to anyone under 17.

   Taxis, ride-hailing apps and city buses all reach the venue, and there is generous parking for both motorbikes and cars. If you cook or sell food for a living, register early and give the tasting floor a full session.
