Lacquer exhibition «Sắc Tâm II» (Colours of the Heart II)

   The lacquer painting exhibition «Sắc Tâm II» («Colours of the Heart II») is on at Nhà Tiền Đường in the Temple of Literature (Văn Miếu – Quốc Tử Giám), as part of the events marking the temple's 950th anniversary.

   Following «Sắc Tâm I» in 2025, this year's edition is larger, with works by 19 lacquer painters and pieces shaped from natural agarwood. Stories of heritage, Hanoi, learning, Zen and reflections on people unfold through the works; amid the ancient heritage site, lacquer colours appear in the slow scent of agarwood.
