Show «Kiss of the Sea» («Nụ hôn của Biển cả»)

   The stage here is the sea itself: the picture is thrown onto a giant water screen raised in the bay in front of Sunset Town, and Sun World bills it as the largest sea water-screen show of its kind in the world.

   The story is a trip across the galaxy — an invented journey through a run of encounters with mysterious creatures that ends with the universe being saved.

   What carries it is the staging: water and fire, projection onto a huge dome, lasers, and a live dance with rings of light performed by an international cast. Five minutes of fireworks over the bay close it out.

   The stage sits in the middle of Sunset Town, next to Cầu Hôn, the bridge that has become Phú Quốc's signature image; the whole quarter was built in Mediterranean style to a design by Bill Bensley.

   The show premiered on 26 January 2024 and now runs daily; it is still worth rechecking the schedule before you travel. The combo ticket covering this and the Symphony show costs less than buying the two separately, and single tickets carry a 38% discount from two upwards.
