Community event «Human Library Saigon #17»

   Here the «books» are people. You join a small circle, listen to someone tell a story they actually lived — and ask the questions you would normally be too polite to ask. No stage, no lectures: just honest, respectful conversation.

   The Human Library format was born in Copenhagen in 2000 and has since spread to dozens of countries. The Saigon series is run by Social ChangeMakers, a non-profit community with 300-plus events behind it; this is edition number 17. All proceeds go to the SCM Charity Fund.

   It is an evening for anyone who would rather understand people than judge them: you talk in small groups with «living books» whose experience is very different from your own. The pre-paid ticket includes one drink; paying at the door costs more and comes without one.

   Come with an open question — you will leave with new perspectives and, quite possibly, new friends.
