Wellbeing festival «Vietnam Wellness Festival 2026»

A weekend given over to mental health: the non-profit Vietnam World Healing is launching the first season of the Vietnam Wellness Festival — Ngày Hội Việt Nam Sống Khỏe Toàn Diện — to mark World Mental Health Day.

The organisers write: «We believe mental health deserves attention as a natural part of everyday life. It can begin with understanding your emotions better, learning to listen to your body, recognising the tension that is already there, knowing when you need rest, seeking support and actively building a way of living that sustains health over the long run».

Key facts: over the two days the programme is planned to open experience spaces around

   — wellness and well-being
— mental health and psychology
— neurodiversity
— sound therapy and art therapy
— handpan
— Healing From Water
— and community activities

This is the festival's first season, and as of 7 October the organisers have announced only the outline: there is no session-by-session schedule, no list of speakers and no word on admission. Anyone planning to go should check the organisers' page first.

Vietnam World Healing states its aim as «raising public awareness of mental health care and working towards a Vietnam that lives well in the round, where everyone can reach wellness knowledge, methods and experiences in a way that is close, open and responsible».

It suits anyone interested in mental health, in sound and art therapy, and in meeting a community with the same concerns in Ho Chi Minh City.
