Concert «Korea Spotlight 2026 in Vietnam – Showcase»

#concert#K-pop#Korean music#showcase#Ho Chi Minh City

About the event

   FTISLAND, ONF and three newer names from Korea's music scene share one stage in Ho Chi Minh City at the Korea Spotlight showcase. Whether you have been singing along since “Lovesick” or are looking for the next names to follow, one evening covers both generations of K-Music.

   Korea Spotlight is a programme that takes Korean music abroad: it is backed by Korea's Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism (MCST) and run by the Korea Creative Content Agency (KOCCA). Launched in 2017, it has already visited many countries, and this year's show moves from pop and ballads to R&B and rock with five acts:

  • — FTISLAND – the band that debuted in 2007, behind the hits “Lovesick”, “Severely” and “I Hope”, and one of the groups that started the K-pop band wave across Asia;
  • — ONF – a six-member group split into two units: TEAM ON for vocals and emotion, TEAM OFF for dance and energy; key tracks include “We Must Love”, “Why”, “Beautiful Beautiful” and “Bye My Monster”;
  • — g0nny – an R&B singer who started with small café shows in 2023, has sold out her concerts ever since and played her first overseas solo show in Taipei in 2026;
  • — Minsu – witty indie pop about love; Bronze Award at the 27th Yoo Jae Ha Music Contest (2016), debut single “Birthday Song” in 2018;
  • — KIIRAS – a six-member girl group from Korea, Japan and Malaysia, known for solid live vocals and the single “TA TA”.

   The night is made for fans who have followed FTISLAND for more than a decade, for ONF fans, and for anyone curious about who comes next in K-Music: the organisers built the show to introduce Vietnamese audiences to rising Korean artists.

   The showcase is the public half of Korea Spotlight 2026 in Ho Chi Minh City. The day before, The Reverie Saigon hosts the invitation-only industry conference Korea-Vietnam Content Connects, with panels on artists and the music industries of both countries and one-to-one business matching.

   It is a non-profit event: according to the organisers, the ticket covers only a minimal service fee for booking and running the show. Tickets are sold on 1ZONE. The official poster gives 16:00 as the time doors open. The showcase is open to audiences aged 14 and over.

   An evening to sing along to FTISLAND's classics and meet the next generation of K-Music.
