Fan exhibition «Aimer et être aimé» (Taekook Day)

   Twelve years is an era in fandom time, and in Ho Chi Minh City the anniversary is being marked not with a party but with an exhibition inside a coffee shop. The organisers say it plainly in their announcement: this is more than a display, it is a place where memories are kept, and the stories of Taehyung and Jungkook are told frame by frame. If you have followed the pair for years, you already know why this room will feel like home.

   The title comes from French: «Aimer et être aimé» means «to love and be loved», and it sets the tone for the whole day. On the poster a photograph sits inside a heavy wine-red baroque frame, with two swans and a wax seal below it and two lines running along the edges — «Look at me, just look at me. I love you» and «My eyes are always on you. I love you». The project is a joint effort by two fan communities, Velvetorchid and Nhiệm màu cùng Taekook, built around the twelfth Taekook anniversary — twelve years together, as the poster puts it.

   The format is a café event: you walk in, go through the exhibition, then stay for coffee and conversation. Gatherings like this live on density rather than scale — nobody here needs an explanation of why one particular frame matters. If you are new to the fandom, the walls work as a short and readable introduction to its history; if you have been around since the beginning, this is a rare chance to see that history gathered in one place.

   Entry terms have not been announced yet, and neither has whether you need to sign up in advance. Nothing beyond the exhibition itself is promised either — no photo zone and no merch in the announcement — so plan for the frames and for the company. Twelve years come round once, and spending the day with people who count them the same way is worth it.
