Ornamental fish competition «InterAqua VBG Cup 2026»

   Over three hundred competition tanks, breeders from several countries and an international judging panel: InterAqua VBG Cup is an arena where familiar goldfish appear as champion athletes raised for the ring. No preparation needed to enjoy it — the beauty of the breeds reads at first glance.

   Part of the festival

   The tournament runs inside InterPetFest, the international pet expo and festival: the organisers announce around 200 booths, 400 brands from 17 countries and over 10,000 pet owners with their pets. So the fish contest is easy to combine with a full day around animals — from grooming to pet supplies.

   Who it's for

   Aquarists, obviously; photographers, for rare material; families, for a one-day living aquarium. Contest entries for fish are accepted by phone.

   Admission

   Entry is within InterPetFest: free with online visitor registration; the organiser publishes the free entrance code mustvisitpetexpo.

   Drop by at least once during the three days to watch a judge weigh up the merits of a goldfish — an experience that sticks.
