Course «First-Aid Training» at Family Medical Practice

   Three hours of hands-on practice that can matter at the worst possible moment: stopping a bleed, helping someone who is choking, handling burns and fractures — not theory from the internet, but skills drilled with your own hands.

   The session is led by Tarek Moussa, a paramedic at Family Medical Practice. It moves from assessing an emergency with the DRABC approach and recognising the most common medical emergencies to scenario practice modelled on real life. Graduates receive an FMP certificate of completion valid for one to two years.

   The course suits office teams, parents, caregivers and anyone who wants to stay useful next to a person in trouble — the programme covers emergencies in adults and children alike. Seats are limited, so it is worth booking early.
