   A green backdrop turns the corner of a room into a studio for very little money, and burns that money just as fast when the lights, the camera and the fabric itself are set up by guesswork. This hands-on afternoon in Ho Chi Minh City puts you on a working set: you build the chroma-key corner yourself and watch what every single lamp changes in the frame.

   The host is Phung Enter (Phùng Enter) of Enter Media, who has spent years building livestream solutions for companies. Three hours are split into four parts:

• — an investment roadmap for a green-screen livestream room, from a lean build to a premium one;
• — a step-by-step setup walkthrough: choosing the gear, hanging the backdrop, the lighting scheme, the camera angle;
• — the common mistakes that cost shop owners and live hosts real money;
• — practice on a real chroma-key set, with one-on-one guidance from the host.

   A separate part of the programme puts the newest Sony Alpha camera lines in your hands rather than on a slide.

   The workshop is rated intermediate, so it assumes you have filmed something before. It is aimed at shop owners and small businesses who would rather build their own live corner than rent a studio, and at streamers, KOCs and livestream technicians who need a cleaner picture out of a green-screen room.

   The organiser has opened more than 160 seats and asks you to bring a personal memory card, so that the footage and the camera settings from the session go home with you.
