Exhibition «HVACR Vietnam 2026» (HVAC and Refrigeration Technology)

   Cooling stopped being a comfort question and became an electricity-bill question: how much power an office block, a cold store or a server room burns is largely decided by its refrigeration system. For three days in southern Saigon the sector lays out the next generation of equipment, refrigerants and control software.

   The show is run by Informa Markets and shares exhibition hall B with Vietnam Energy Week 2026, alongside the Vietnam Data Center & Cloud Confex — the co-location is stated on the cluster's official artwork.

   The market backdrop is compiled by the organisers themselves, with sources named:

• — the global HVAC market is forecast at roughly 183.9 billion dollars in 2026 according to Fortune Business Insights, with Asia-Pacific holding close to half of it;
• — Vietnam's own HVAC market stands at about 3.9 billion dollars, according to Mordor Intelligence;
• — from 1 January 2026 air conditioners rated 24,001–90,000 BTU carry a 10 per cent special consumption tax under Law 66/2025/QH15, pushing demand towards high-efficiency equipment;
• — newer refrigerants such as R-32 and other low-GWP lines keep displacing the older generation.

   Who it is for: building services engineers, HVAC design and installation firms, facility managers, plants with cold stores and clean rooms, and equipment distributors. Exhibitors from the previous edition are blunt about the value: Philippe Chiang of Ziehl-Abegg SEA said he had been «talking with customers almost without a break» all morning, while Emma Teng of Frascold Vietnam rated the quality of visitors as «very good».

   No admission price is published. Visitor registration is open on the official site, and visitor enquiries go to Ms Lila Le, [email protected]. If you are specifying a cooling system this year, these three days shorten the comparison considerably.
