   Fit & Chill Hanoi: Trials Vol.2 — Fire & Ice Edition is back after a strong first outing, this time at Casablanca Pool Club & Coffee by West Lake. This isn't a hardcore bootcamp and it isn't a nightclub party — it's a «social wellness» experience where people move together, recover together and connect together over one morning.

   The programme weaves movement and relaxation: a warm-up, a guided session with team challenges and functional workouts, then a recovery block with ice baths, followed by a pool social with DJs, coffee and snacks. Professional photos and video included. It suits every level — from first-timers to regulars — with no experience required.
