The set runs about 50 minutes and is built from near-death experiences, everyday racism and a lifetime of a mispronounced name — in the organisers' words it «opens with a contamination event and ends with a humanitarian crisis», and is a laugh riot the whole way through.
Before the headliner comes a Hanoi line-up: Mạnh Cường, Ray Nguyễn, Bùi Quang Hà as a new face, and Ap the Diva. Stand-Up Hanoi runs monthly shows mixing visiting comics with the local scene.
Early bird tickets are limited and sold through the booking form, so book early if you plan to come.
