Club night «Unmute w/ OMOLOKO (Curral / Mathosa)»

   Brazilian DJ OMOLOKO, described in his Resident Advisor biography as a leading figure in Brazilian electronic music, plays Unmute in Hanoi.

   According to that biography, over 11 years of career he has toured Europe, Asia, Australia and Latin America, playing Panorama Bar, Dekmantel, Circoloco, Tomorrowland, Time Warp, Robert Johnson, Primavera Sound, Wonderfruit in Thailand and Heim Club in Shanghai. In Belo Horizonte, OMOLOKO founded and is resident at the Curral and Mathosa parties; rooted in the Brazilian underground, he makes space for the LGBTQ+ community.

   Unmute was founded in 2023 by a group of music-loving friends in a warehouse on Phúc Tân street. The Cuốn Club Room on the 4th floor was designed by Tokyo architect and designer Jiro Endo, with a 4-way sound system and a spring-loaded dance floor; upstairs is Tan Bar, a rooftop bar above the bustling Long Biên Market. The club asks guests not to use flash photography and to respect other people's personal space.

   The night is for anyone who follows the global club scene and wants a taste of the Brazilian underground in Hanoi.

   The organisers have not yet announced details, including tickets.
