Halloween doesn't have to be about ghosts and monsters — at Long Waits it takes a deep bassline, a strange harmony and a groove that won't let go. On 31 October the jazz club on Nguyễn Quang Bích plays an unusual setlist.
The Long Waits Houseband mixes funk, jazz and rock into something «dark and groovy», joined by two familiar voices, Thủy Bùi and Huy Khanh. The club promises unexpected twists and «plenty of room for the musicians to get a little wild».
The programme starts at 21:00; registration via the link or hotline is required, and there is a surcharge of 400,000 VND per person.
A good pick for live-music lovers who want jazz, funk and rock at Halloween instead of a DJ set.
