Liveshow «Yêu Người Có Ước Mơ»
Vietnam-Soviet Friendship Palace of Culture and Labour
300,000 ₫ – 3,000,000 ₫
MusicalVietnamese ballad music rarely reaches Hanoi in its proper shape: a live band instead of backing tracks, round tables instead of rows of seats, and two male voices holding the room at half volume all evening. In mid-October the capital gets exactly the format people usually drive up to Đà Lạt for.
The stage belongs to Lê Hiếu and Nguyễn Đình Tuấn Dũng, with Bình Văn Band behind them. Lê Hiếu has sung professionally since 2003 and his name is inseparable from «Ngày mai em đi», one of the most successful V-pop ballads of the 2000s. He made the Làn Sóng Xanh top ten of most-loved singers in 2007, and a later duet version of that same song took the Zing Award for song of the year. His set list also draws on «Con Đường Màu Xanh», «Cơn Đau Cuối Cùng» and «Vài Lần Đón Đưa».
The composer Quốc Bảo once described him as a rare clean voice, gentle yet carrying a depth of sadness unusual in a young singer. There is a local footnote to the evening as well: Lê Hiếu was born in Hanoi and won his first gold medals at the city's student singing contests before moving south to build a career.
Nguyễn Đình Tuấn Dũng works the same lyrical territory a generation later. His albums «Dzũng Live Stage» (2024) and «Chợt Như Năm 18» (2025) sit next to his own singles «Còn Lại» and «Người Yêu Cũ Có Người Yêu Mới», while his catalogue also leans on older city songs such as «Đôi Bờ» and «Hướng Về Hà Nội».
The room is SOL 8 – Live Stage, the Hanoi venue of Mây Lang Thang, a promoter that grew out of concerts in the pine forest above Đà Lạt and now brings the same programme to the capital: October alone holds two evenings of the series here. Seating is arranged around round tables rather than in rows, so which seat you take matters more than usual and the organisers ask you to study the plan before booking.
This one suits listeners who come for the lyrics and the voice rather than for production. If you are bringing a child: under 1 m they sit with a parent at no charge; from 1 m to 1.2 m they need a seat of their own at a 70% surcharge, 30% of which is refunded at check-in. Groups get 5% off from 10 seats and 10% from 20, and VAT is already included in the price.
If it has been a while since you heard Vietnamese ballads sung live, this is the least complicated way back in.
