Sound Journey III: Summer Melody

   Sound Journey III: Summer Melody brings the sound journey back for its third chapter, inspired by the sounds of summer — bright, warm and uplifting.

   Sound Journey is a sound-meditation practice that guides participants into deep relaxation, inner listening and reconnection with themselves. The experience is woven from acoustic instruments — Tibetan and crystal singing bowls, gong, shaman drum, Rav Vast, crystal harp and wind chimes — together with the facilitators' voices. Each session is unique, created in the very moment of being present.

   At Summer Melody you will: meet the basics of sound healing; practise vocal toning to support meditation and creativity; practise deep listening and inner awareness; fully relax amid the instruments' vibrations; connect with like-minded people and leave refreshed in body and mind.
