Hand Embroidery Workshop: Simply Basic

   A basic hand-embroidery workshop hosted by Lớp học Cúc Chi, open to everyone — including those who have never held an embroidery needle.

   Over a gentle Sunday afternoon with fragrant tea and soft cakes, you will get to know needle and thread through the 12 most useful stitches: four branch stitches, one leaf stitch, two flower-centre stitches and five flower stitches. That is enough to embroider letters, flowers and to decorate small personal items of your own.

   Modern embroidery is neither hard nor reserved for the naturally crafty — after the session you can simply take needle and thread home and keep going.
