Improv show «Hai Người, Nhiều Chuyện» (Dynamic Duos)

   One duo, two duos, three or more: «Hai Người, Nhiều Chuyện» («two people, many stories»), billed in English as Dynamic Duos, is an improv triple bill from the mainstage cast of The Improv Hub, made up of three duo sets audiences already love, with not a single scene written in advance.

   The three sets:

• — Random Playlist: built on a playlist supplied by the audience, turning notes of music into sparks for the scenes;
• — The Classic: a set with the feel of a classic Western film, based on a format the Hub's core improvisers learned from Canadian improviser Vinny Francois earlier this year;
• — Past Lives: a spotlight on duyên, the East Asian idea of an invisible thread connecting two people across lifetimes, whether or not they share a language.

   Improvisers: Hoàng Anh, Ringo Sanchez, Trà Phan, Tùng Phạm and Lê Kim Thanh. Directors: Hoàng Anh and Tùng Phạm; tech: Maichi.

   The show is rated general and family-friendly, so it works for a family outing or for friends who have never seen improv.

   Languages: Vietnamese, English, Mandarin and Japanese. Doors open at 7:30 pm. Current Improv Hub students and their friends get a discounted ticket.

   Come to The Improv Hub on Sunday 15 November and watch three stories being made up in front of you.
