Workshop «Founder An Lành»

   Building a company is not only product and revenue — it is an unbroken run of decisions, and the founder's mental health quietly sets the ceiling for how far the company gets. This midweek afternoon is a deliberate pause: two hours to look after yourself, understand your own state, and sit next to founders travelling the same road.

   The session is designed by Seesaw on a foundation of positive psychology, using a purpose-made deck of reflection cards to guide the conversation. You will hear other founders' journeys, identify the resources that are actually holding you up, and build your own Personal Resource Map — something you take home and keep using after the workshop ends.

   The workshop is a side event of Viet Nam Startup Community Day 2026, part of the programme run by VISI, TAOStartup and PTIT IEC together with PTIT and VNU-TIC. Its Vietnamese title, «Founder An Lành», translates roughly as a founder at peace — which is the whole brief for the afternoon.

   The room is kept deliberately small: only 10–15 founders, with each registration reviewed by the host so the conversation stays private enough to be honest. If you intend to come, apply early.
