Business EventsAsia's industrial-technology show lands in Vietnam for the first time, bringing 500+ exhibitors of smart manufacturing, electronics and advanced materials to Hà Nội and an expected 10,000+ professional visitors across 10,000+ m2 of floor. If you source components or production equipment, you can compare suppliers from six specialised shows in a single walk-through.
Key highlights:
The organiser is RX (Reed Exhibitions), part of RELX. This is the inaugural Vietnam edition, a spin-off of the ITWA flagship in Shenzhen, which fills roughly 160,000 m2, while the co-located NEPCON Asia has been running in Shenzhen for more than 30 years. The Vietnam edition draws on a database of over 100,000 industry buyers. Geographically it is easy to plan around: the site is a new 90-hectare exposition complex in Đông Hội, Đông Anh, on Hà Nội's northern edge close to the ring road and the airport.
The conference programme runs alongside the halls. On the opening day, the forum “Vietnam Electronic Forum Led by AI: The New Era of Global Supply Chains” runs 10:00–16:00 and covers AI reshaping supply chains, smart manufacturing, ESG and semiconductor supply-chain integration under the “Make in Vietnam” theme. The following day brings the “Smart Manufacturing and Supporting Industries Forum 2026” on motion control, robotics, computer vision and data analytics. Also scheduled: the Die-Cutting Industry Leaders Roundtable Summit (“Die-Cutting Goes Global · Embracing the Future”) with Moqie Home, a hands-on masterclass on flatbed and rotary die-cutting, live equipment demonstrations, factory tours to benchmark manufacturers and a supplier-matchmaking programme.
It is built for manufacturers, electronics and SMT/PCB engineers, purchasing and supply-chain managers, robotics and automation specialists, materials buyers and factory owners based in Vietnam who need new suppliers. You get quotes compared side by side, machines running rather than described in a catalogue, and matchmaking arranged before you arrive. Groups of 10 or more get a free shuttle, groups of 20 or more a private bus, along with a business lunch, a separate entrance and priority forum seating; managers and purchasing decision-makers can apply for the VIP Target Attendee Program with hotel support and a lounge.
Practical terms to plan for: admission is for trade and industry visitors, business attire is required, visitors in shorts and/or sandals are not admitted, and the halls are not open to the general public. Badges are printed at the on-site counter after online pre-registration.
Draw up your supplier shortlist first, then Register to visit.
