About the event

   From 16 to 18 September 2026 the National Convention Center (NCC) in Hà Nội hosts GREENECO VIETNAM EXPO 2026, an international exhibition of environmental technology, clean energy and sustainable development. The announced scale is 300 booths taken by 200 Vietnamese and foreign companies, with around 10,000 trade visitors expected. The show is run by HADIFA (Hanoi International Advertising and Fair Corporation), a company with more than 20 years of professional experience in exhibitions, events and media, together with the Natural Resources and Environment Communication Centre. Doors are open from 09:00 to 17:00 on all three days; entry is free with visitor registration.

   The backdrop to the event is the commitment Vietnam made at the UN climate summit COP26 in Glasgow: net zero emissions by 2050. GREENECO VIETNAM EXPO 2026 is staged in support of that target, backed by the Ministry of Natural Resources and Environment, the Ministry of Industry and Trade, the Ministry of Science and Technology and the Ministry of Planning and Investment, and joined by the Vietnam Environmental Industry Association (VEIA), the Vietnam Association for Energy Efficiency and Conservation (VECEA) and the Vietnam Energy Association (VEA). The expo brings together environmental technology and energy-efficiency solutions from Vietnam and abroad: exhibitors present technologies, solutions, equipment, products and projects for green energy and the environment directly to potential partners and to policy makers. Companies from the USA, Germany, France, Japan, South Korea, India, China, Singapore, Malaysia and other countries are expected on the floor.

   The exhibition floor is divided into four thematic zones:

  • Zone 1 – Environmental treatment technology and eco-friendly manufacturing: wastewater and waste treatment equipment, water-quality instruments, water filtration and treatment, livestock wastewater treatment; toxic gas treatment, flue-gas desulphurisation and denitrification, atmospheric monitoring equipment, dust extractors; food waste processing, waste handling, water and exhaust-gas reuse systems; AI applications in environmental treatment and in manufacturing.
  • Zone 2 – Renewable energy: solar (thermal) power, onshore and offshore wind, bioenergy, small hydropower, geothermal and marine energy, gasification; waste-to-energy and hydrogen power plants, hydraulics and pumps, nuclear energy (plants and decommissioning).
  • Zone 3 – Solutions towards Net Zero: emission-reduction solutions in manufacturing (switching raw materials and fuels), tree planting; projects on pollution control, environmental protection and waste treatment; environmental and energy infrastructure projects; policies and regulations on pollution prevention and energy-saving technology; marine economy development — sustainable sea tourism, seaport transport and logistics.
  • Zone 4 – Eco-friendly products: environmentally friendly vehicles (electric cars, hydrogen fuel-cell cars, hybrids) and green consumer products; eco-friendly materials, related equipment and finished goods; machinery and equipment for producing green products and materials; analysis and measuring equipment (water quality and atmospheric emissions, noise and vibration meters, switches, instruments, water-level gauges, filters); industrial gas equipment, gas detection and gas safety devices; production, storage, transport and use of hydrogen and ammonia, charging infrastructure, fuel cells for power generation and transport.

   The show is aimed at trade visitors, and the organisers’ target list is broad:

  • construction contractors and general contractors, design companies, design offices and design specialists;
  • engineers, architects and interior architects;
  • factory owners, property investors and managers;
  • environmental companies and environmental solution providers, suppliers of green technology and manufacturing;
  • energy companies, power-grid builders and project developers;
  • environmental associations and organisations, government agencies;
  • research and design institutes, consulting service providers;
  • import-export firms, IT companies and service companies;
  • public transport operators, urban and city planning authorities.

   A business programme runs alongside the exhibition:

  • Thematic seminars: new information and hands-on experience from leading industry experts, hosted by professional associations and specialised organisations.
  • Technical presentations: a slot for companies to introduce new products and technologies on site and to promote them through press and television channels, helping new products reach the market.
  • Business Matching: arranged meetings between exhibitors, visitors and leading companies in each field, with prospecting before, during and after the show.

   Exhibitors are additionally offered PR and advertising support through social media, the press and television, domestically and across the region. For companies GREENECO VIETNAM EXPO 2026 means direct contact with target customers and international partners within a tightly focused product scope; for visitors it is a chance to see the latest advances in environmental technology, renewable energy and Net Zero solutions in one place.
