GREENECO VIETNAM EXPO 2026 – International Exhibition on Environment, Energy and Green Transition
National Convention Center (NCC)
Free
Business EventsOne walk through the halls covers the entire green-power chain: solar panels and industrial storage, transformers and switchgear, EV chargers, smart street lighting — with the engineers who build the kit standing next to it. It all happens on the northern edge of Hanoi, in Dong Anh, so you can compare suppliers face to face instead of by email.
VIEEXPO returns for its third edition as part of the Hi-Tech Vietnam 2026 cluster, and the figures the organisers publish cover that whole series rather than this one show: 50,000 m² of floor space in halls 1–4, over 2,000 international stands, more than 1,000 Vietnamese and foreign companies, 30,000+ buyers and trade visitors from ten-plus countries and 300+ trade delegations. The stated theme is «Thúc đẩy hội nhập, phát triển công nghệ cao và kinh tế số tại Việt Nam» — promoting integration and the growth of high technology and the digital economy in Vietnam.
The floor is split into five themed sectors:
The exhibition does not run alone. Seven more shows of the Hi-Tech Vietnam 2026 series share the same dates and the same halls: the 32nd Vietnam International Industrial Fair (VIIF) with Vietnam Industry and Technology Week, Hi-Tech Vietnam for high technology and the digital economy, EVSHOW for electric vehicles and charging or battery-swap technology, UAV Vietnam for drones, AI & Dig Show for artificial intelligence and digital devices, VISOTECH for semiconductors and optoelectronics, plus a dedicated zone for electronic components and materials. Each show has its own registration page.
The three days follow a rhythm: day one brings the opening ceremony in the VEC main hall and themed seminars, day two is the trade floor plus B2B matchmaking sessions, day three combines the floor, seminars and the closing. Highlight programmes announced for the series include an international round table on global supply chains and Vietnam's supporting-industry ecosystem, a seminar on applying digital transformation and AI across sectors, an international conference on AI and the drone industry (50+ officials and academics and 150 startups expected), and an international conference on electronics manufacturing supply chains and smart production.
For working professionals the practical draw is the AI matching system: the organisers pair buyers with exhibitors by declared sourcing needs and expect to arrange more than 1,500 B2B meetings worth over $250 million in deals. B2B Matching needs a separate sign-up on top of ordinary visitor registration.
Who gains most: importers and distributors of electrical equipment, EPC contractors and solar installers, developers and municipal services choosing lighting, charging-network operators, engineers, research institutes and technical students. Exhibitors are promised access to 10,000 potential customers and 500 partner companies; visitors get free themed seminars and a direct line to manufacturers rather than resellers.
The show is produced by the Hanoi company Camel Events (Công ty TNHH Sự kiện Triển lãm và Xúc tiến Thương mại Camel) together with Công ty CP Tổ chức Sự kiện và Hội chợ Toàn cầu and two fair operators from Guangxi, China — which explains the sizeable Chinese presence among the delegations and the separate China-market managers in the organising team.
Vietnam Exposition Center is a new complex out in Dong Anh: eight halls of 2,000 to 8,000 m² each, 15 conference rooms, capacity for 15,000 people and parking for 2,000 vehicles. It is not downtown — about 16 km from central Hanoi (30–40 minutes by taxi or Grab, roughly an hour on bus 23TC) and about 20 km from Noi Bai airport (20–30 minutes, or bus 90TC in about an hour). Cổ Loa, the ancient citadel of the Âu Lạc kingdom, sits nearby if you want to stretch a business trip into an afternoon of history.
Visitors sign up online in advance: a QR code arrives by email and is scanned at the gate in exchange for a visitor badge. Beyond the hotline, the organisers answer at [email protected], through Ms Hai (Hải) on +84 912 494 646 and on Zalo OA zalo.me/camelevents. Sign up here.
If your work touches power, light or charging infrastructure, three days in Dong Anh will tell you more than a month of supplier emails — come with a shortlist of what you need to find.
