Exhibition «SemiTronics Vietnam 2026» (electronics and semiconductors)

About the event

If you are sourcing an SMT line, an IC packaging partner or embedded modules for a product still on the drawing board, this autumn Hanoi lets you put the options side by side in a single trip. The show runs under the theme «Accelerating Vietnam's Electronics into the Future», and it is built around hardware you can watch running rather than brochures you take home.

The exhibit list is split into six technology groups, each a slice of the electronics production chain:

  • PCB / PCBA — single, double and multilayer boards, rigid-flex and HDI; fabrication, drilling, routing and lamination systems; turnkey PCBA, prototyping and small-to-large batch runs; conformal coating, potting, jigs, fixtures and ESD solutions; PCB design tools
  • SMT, assembly and EMS — pick-and-place machines, SPI, feeders, material handling, depaneling and SMT robotics; EMS providers, turnkey line integrators, NPI services and line software; miniaturisation and high-speed mass production systems
  • Test, measurement, inspection and packaging — AOI, AXI, SPI, machine vision and defect inspection; IC packaging equipment; reliability and failure analysis; metrology, wafer probing and semiconductor test handlers; traceability and quality management platforms
  • System integration and embedded modules — MCU, MPU, SoC and FPGA boards, COM Express, SBC; sensor modules; RF, 5G, Wi-Fi and BLE communication modules; IoT gateways, industrial PCs, edge computing and AI modules; automotive electronics subsystems
  • Semiconductor — IC packaging and assembly equipment, power devices, RF ICs and advanced modules; backend process technology and test solutions; electronics for EV mobility, AI computing and next-generation connectivity; distribution, application engineering and design enablement
  • Automation — industrial robots and cobots; AGV/AMR logistics systems; MES/MOM/SCADA; automated machinery for SMT and PCBA lines; AIoT and manufacturing data management

This is a trade show for people who build things: production and process engineers, purchasing and supply-chain managers, electronics plant owners, hardware design teams, OEM/ODM companies, and microelectronics students who would rather see a machine than a datasheet. In one visit you can compare suppliers directly, put technical questions to application engineers instead of sales inboxes, and leave with a shortlist rather than a folder of PDFs.

The organiser is Informa Markets together with SES Vietnam Exhibition Services Company Limited. The same company runs Electric & Power Vietnam, Food & Hotel Vietnam, Machine Technology Asia (MTA), ProPak Vietnam, Renewable Energy Vietnam, VietBeauty & Cosmobeaute, VietWater and VietStock in Vietnam, and reports more than 50,000 trade visits a year across that portfolio.

Two sister shows occupy the same halls on the same days: MTA Hanoi 2026 for precision engineering and manufacturing, and ProPak Hanoi 2026 for processing and packaging — useful if your shopping list runs past electronics into machining or end-of-line packaging. The venue is Hanoi's new exhibition centre out in Đông Anh, on the northern bank of the Red River, well beyond the Old Quarter, so budget the ride there and back into your day.

Entry is by online visitor registration, so sign up before you travel and bring the confirmation with you. The programme of concurrent technical seminars and conferences appears on the event homepage as sessions are confirmed, alongside the e-brochure, the full exhibit list and a group delegation programme for associations and companies coming as a team. The event site itself runs in English and Vietnamese.

If a decision about equipment, components or a manufacturing partner is sitting on your desk this year, seeing the suppliers lined up in one hall is a cheaper way to make it than a dozen separate meetings. Come with a list of problems you need solved — you will use every line of it.
