Exhibition and Conference «VN-SECURITY' 2026» (security industry)

About the event

A whole security-technology ecosystem — surveillance cameras, access control, biometrics, cybersecurity, UAVs, cryptography and special-purpose systems — lands on a single exhibition floor in Hanoi for the first time. If you work anywhere near this trade, three days here compress what normally takes a year of separate appointments: manufacturers, main contractors and the agencies that write the rules are all under one roof, and you simply walk between them.

This is the first international exhibition and conference on the security industry ever staged in Vietnam, and the organisers intend it to become the sector's annual national forum. The announced scale is over 20,000 sqm of exhibition space and more than 30,000 visitors, arranged across eight key technology zones covering security, surveillance, AI, data, UAVs, cryptography and specialised equipment. The international ambition is stated plainly: connect Vietnamese companies with partners from more than 50 countries, open the way to core technology transfer and raise the share of local production.

An opening ceremony starts day one, a gala dinner closes day three

Who it is for: manufacturers and distributors of security equipment, system integrators, corporate security and IT departments, information-security specialists, and anyone sourcing suppliers for surveillance or smart-infrastructure projects. The six objectives the organisers publish are commercial rather than ceremonial — direct access to regulators and policy makers, entry into project chains and main contractors, high-quality B2B leads, international cooperation and core technology transfer, briefings on trends and technical standards, and live demonstrations in front of the right buyers.

The venue is part of the draw. The Vietnam Exposition Center was built by Vingroup in ten months and opened on 19 August 2025 on a 900,000 sqm site, at the junction of three Hanoi bridges — Đông Trù, Nhật Tân and Tứ Liên — on the far bank of the Red River from the Old Quarter. That puts it in Đông Anh, well outside the tourist centre, so allow more travel time than a downtown venue would need; the show itself occupies Hall 3 of the complex.

On taking part: visitor registration is free and covers entry to the exhibition, the public seminars, the event materials and basic B2B matching, while exhibitor, speaker and sponsor packages are booked separately and add stand space, speaking slots and media rights. The process is short — fill in the form on the website, receive a QR code by email, then show that code or your ID at the registration desk to collect a badge, a bag and the floor plan.

A few house rules worth knowing before you set off: carry your badge or e-ticket at the entrance, dress for a business environment, no food or drink inside the exhibition area, ask before photographing products at a stand, and no smoking on the show floor. The event runs bilingually in Vietnamese and English, with all content and signage in both languages, and companies taking part are advised to bring bilingual materials.

The organisers say they will publish a list of three- to five-star hotels near the centre together with transfer arrangements from downtown Hanoi and Nội Bài International Airport. The conference agenda, the breakdown of exhibition sectors and the exhibitor list were all still being updated on the event website. Questions go to [email protected] (Ms Hong Nga).

A first edition is the one where an industry decides what its own show will become, and the people who turn up early are the ones remembered for it.
