Exhibition «Vietnam Food & Drink Show Can Tho 2026»

   The Mekong west is famous for floating markets, cakes and fish sauce, and behind that meal sits a whole industry. In mid-December Can Tho gives four days to the industrial half of the story: 250 stands of food, drinks, bakery equipment, restaurant and hotel kit and packaging solutions, all of it there to taste and handle.

   This is the third Can Tho edition and it runs under the theme «Delicacies of Tây Đô». The show belongs to the Vietnam Food & Drink Show series, staged by Asia Communication and Exhibition (ACM) alternately in Da Nang and Can Tho, with the professional bartenders association alongside and backing from VCCI.

   Beyond the stands the programme brings competitions and hands-on sessions:

• — Young Chef Championship for the region's younger cooks
• — Young Bartender Championship and mixing performances
• — Seminars on hotel cuisine, lifting revenue in a coffee shop, and food exporting
• — A pre-booked business matching programme and a visitor lucky draw

   It suits cafe owners, head chefs, bartenders, distributors, dealers and anyone sourcing for a place that has not opened yet. If you are planning a coffee shop or a restaurant for next year, these four days put ingredient suppliers and equipment makers in one hall, and you taste before you sign.
