Hanoi Hash House Harriers — Run #1824

   A Hash-style trail run: half sport, half social club, finished off with beer. This run's trail is out in Mỹ Đức on flat ground, and the whole group travels together from central Hanoi.

   The Hash House Harriers are a recreational running community found all over the world — not a timed race. You can run or walk, and the point is less your time than the distance covered together.

— Running trail about 10 km, flat
— Walking trail about 8 km, flat
— One pickup only: 36 Ngô Quyền, Hoàn Kiếm, 1:30pm sharp
— The fee covers transport, snacks, beer and water

   It is for people who like an easy run with company, for expats new to Hanoi looking to meet the community, and for anyone who finds running alone dull. You do not need to be fast — you just need to make the pickup on time.

   As the organisers put it, the Hash takes no responsibility for injuries, lost souls or broken hearts. There is only one bus, so late is missed.
