Live Concert: Crossover Jazz 23 — From Standards to Contemporary Jazz

   Long Waits Jazz Club invites you to two nights of live jazz: Crossover Jazz 23 — From Standards to Contemporary Jazz. The concerts take place on Friday 10 and Saturday 11 July 2026, starting at 20:45.

   At Long Waits, Live Crossover Jazz has become a journey familiar in spirit, yet never repeating itself. It begins with familiar melodies, then changes shape the moment each musician enters the conversation. This week the set moves from the timeless world of jazz standards into the colors, textures and freedom of contemporary jazz.

   It is not a concert of repetition, but a living session where old songs can breathe differently and new music can find its first voice on stage. With every edition the Long Waits Houseband goes a little further — writing more, risking more, listening deeper, and building a sound that belongs unmistakably to them.
