Conference «Sâu Sắc 2026 – Giương Cung»

   Organisations want to move faster while their teams run out of physical and mental fuel. This conference does not stop at naming that: it flips the question to how you raise output without grinding people down, and answers with case studies and data rather than pep talk.

   This is the fourth season of the annual series run by the Internal Communications and Corporate Culture community (ICC), marking ten years of the community shaping the profession in Vietnam. One figure from the organisers explains the change of direction: in their 2025 industry survey 62 percent of practitioners are Gen Z and around 80 percent have under five years of experience — people who do not shy away from work but demand clarity on entitlements and on the boundary between work and life.

   Four pillars get taken apart during the day:

   Speakers include Dr Phan Tất Thứ, chairman and chief expert at KNV Group; Assoc Prof Trương Quang Lâm of the Psychology Faculty at the University of Social Sciences and Humanities, Vietnam National University Hanoi; Lê Vân, deputy general director of OMI GROUP; Phan Thị Hồng Dung, director of training and culture development at Bảo Tín Mạnh Hải; and Đỗ Thùy Dương, chief executive of The Map.

   It is built for company leadership looking for answers on sustainable growth, for managers and specialists in internal communications, corporate culture, training, HR and marketing, and for students and lecturers in related fields.

   What separates it from an inspirational event: the organisers commit to everyone leaving the hall with at least one tool they can apply within thirty days. The connecting side is substantial too, with more than 400 guests drawn from ICC, HR and PR practice.

   Attendance is offline only, with no streamed version. Paid entry is non-refundable and non-transferable except in force majeure announced by the organisers, and you need the QR code emailed to you for check-in. The early registration discounts have closed, so only the standard entry remains.
