Cross-country race «Tri Ton Cross Country 2026»

   The Seven Mountains area of the Mekong Delta opens its tracks to runners and mountain bikers alike, on foothill roads most visitors never see. The slogan reads «Tri Tôn — Huyền thoại giữa non thiêng», the legend among sacred peaks, and the course does take you straight through local character.

   Organisers expect around 3,000 athletes from Vietnam and abroad across two disciplines, trail running and mountain biking. Start and finish are at the Tri Tôn walking square.

   The provisional timetable spans two days:

• — Saturday 14 November — check-in and race kit 08:30–18:00, opening ceremony 10:00–11:30
• — Sunday 15 November — 45 km starts 04:00, cut-off 9 hours
• — Sunday 15 November — 21 km starts 04:30, cut-off 4 hours 30 minutes
• — Sunday 15 November — 12 km starts 05:00, cut-off 2 hours 30 minutes
• — Sunday 15 November — 5 km starts 05:45, cut-off 2 hours
• — Sunday 15 November — 35 km mountain bike, 07:00–11:00

   The Regular price phase runs to 30 September 2026: 690,000 ₫ for 5 km, 790,000 ₫ for 12 km, 890,000 ₫ for 21 km, 1,090,000 ₫ for 45 km and 990,000 ₫ for the bike category. From 1 October the Late phase moves to between 790,000 and 1,290,000 ₫, and registration closes on 31 October.

   It is aimed at trail runners after unfamiliar ground in the delta, at amateur cyclists who get a category of their own, and at travellers who want the race to double as a trip into Tri Tôn. Bring the family and the 5 km covers them.

   Safety, medical, rescue and logistics are set up across the course; the awards and closing run from 10:00 to 11:00 on Sunday, and the course closes at 13:00.

   November in Tri Tôn is dry and cool, exactly the window for running among the peaks the whole region calls sacred.
