Live night «Úm Ba Live – A Night of Original Music» at Úm Ba La

   A night given over entirely to original music: three Saigon bands play their own songs, no covers, and a vinyl set keeps the floor going late. It is the city's indie scene in its rawest form.

   On stage:

• — Bedlam Royals — the band has just put out a studio documentary on YouTube tracking their album day by day, from gear and mic placement to producer Kiệt Trần's mixing philosophy
• — Skeleton Good
• — Con Cá Điên — previously on the Scene Incubator #5 bill

   After the bands, Liamo & Stav (Vinagroove Records) play an all-night vinyl set. Doors at 20:00, music from 21:00.

   It suits listeners into Vietnamese rock and indie, and anyone who likes a room small enough to stand right by the stage. Úm Ba La is in An Khánh, the former Thảo Điền area, and a regular address for the city's live nights.

   Early bird tickets are limited and the venue takes bookings by message.
