Fan concert WHIB «Blue Hour»

   Seven guys from Seoul, almost three years on stage and a mini album released this summer. They are coming to Ho Chi Minh City — not to a stadium, but to a theatre hall: a fan concert lives on the short distance between the stage and the front row, not on pyrotechnics. If you follow the newer wave of K-pop, this is where you get to see it close up.

   The short version
WHIB (휘브) is a South Korean boy group of seven: Kim Junmin, Haseung, Jinbeom, Ugeon, Leejeong, Jaeha and Wonjun

In 2024 the group took the Focus Award at the Asia Artist Awards

Their first mini album «Rock the Nation» arrived on 29 January 2026, followed by the «Cherry Pie» EP on 5 August

   Before that first mini album the group lived on singles: «Cut-Out» on debut day, then «Eternal Youth : Kick It», «Rush of Joy» and «Bang Out» — K-pop and dance pop, to put the genre briefly. The run-up was quick: barely a month after debut the group was on the Asia Artist Awards stage with «Dizzy (Intro)» and «Bang!».

   In the summer of 2025 three of the seven left for Mnet and Boys II Planet, the sequel to Boys Planet and Girls Planet 999. The show closed on 25 September with a different line-up, Alpha Drive One, and all three went back to their own group. Four months later came «Rock the Nation», the first WHIB release longer than a single.

   Who is this for? For anyone who already knows those seven names — a fan concert is built for exactly that. And for anyone watching the Korean scene from the outside: a group with an Asia Artist Awards trophy and three Boys II Planet alumni has more of a story than a rookie act, and the room is a theatre rather than an arena.

   Seating categories differ not only in the view of the stage but in the fan benefits attached. A poster and a hi-touch are promised to every guest. The group photo and the soundcheck are not: the top category gets both, the middle ones draw places by lot, and the farthest zone gets neither. A signed album, polaroid, photocard and poster go to the two upper categories only.

   Worth knowing in advance: children under seven are not admitted even with an adult, guests under sixteen need a companion aged eighteen or over, and filming is allowed on a phone only. Once you leave the event area, you are not let back in.
