Concert «Anh Trai Vượt Ngàn Chông Gai 2026»

   The VTV3 music show leaves the studio again for an open field on the eastern side of Ho Chi Minh City: two nights and the 34 performers of the new season.

   "Anh Trai Vượt Ngàn Chông Gai" — roughly "elder brothers who cross a thousand thorns" — is the Vietnamese take on the Chinese format Call Me by Fire. Male performers, from actors and rappers to a violinist and a circus artist, are split into "houses" and compete round by round as the show's "anh tài". It airs on VTV3, made by Vietnam Television's arts desk with 1Production, part of YEAH1; SlimV is music director.

   It is for anyone who follows Vietnamese music and anyone new to a big domestic concert.

   The scale shows in the previous season, whose concert run ran from October 2024 to April 2026: eight nights in Ho Chi Minh City and Hưng Yên province, then the farewell Gai Home Concert, which drew 50,000 people according to VTV. Four of those nights were at The Global City, right where the stage is going up again.

   Categories differ by more than distance to the stage: merchandise comes with every seat, and the higher the category the fuller the kit — wristband, pass card, bandana, badge, tote bag. The top S-VIP tier has its own lounge with food and drink service. Wheelchair seats are a separate area, arranged with the organiser rather than sold online.

   Settle a few things before you buy: under-14s are not admitted, guests aged 14 to 18 need an adult of 21 or older, and the S-VIP category does not serve under-18s. One ticket means one person and one entry, with no refunds, changes or transfers. The organiser does not encourage pregnant guests to attend; those who still come should choose a seated area.
