Seminar «Phát triển Lãnh đạo trong kỷ nguyên AI» (Leadership Development in the AI Era)

   AI is rewriting what boards expect from leaders faster than competency frameworks can be updated. This half-morning puts the global CEO of the world's best-known personality-assessment firm in front of you to argue which human capabilities still hold an edge — and gives you a panel to press the question against your own organisation.

   The seminar is run by Hogan Assessments with Học viện Quản lý PACE and Talent Assessments Vietnam, with TopCV as partner. Its official English theme is «Reinventing Leadership Development: HR Trends and Critical Capabilities for an AI Driven World». The keynote speaker is Allison Howell, global CEO of Hogan Assessments.

   The programme runs in four parts and closes with an open exchange:

   The audience is deliberately narrow: business leaders, C-suite, CHROs and HR directors, and people running L&D and succession planning. Sessions are held in English and Vietnamese with simultaneous interpretation, so the international speakers are fully accessible either way.
