Grand final «Smart Logistics Challenge 2026»

   A student logistics contest will name its first champion on a Ho Chi Minh City stage, and the hall is open to anyone who registers. What makes it worth an afternoon is not the trophy moment but the hour before it: teams working through real industry problems in front of a judging panel, with no rehearsed answers to fall back on.

   Out of more than 1,500 entrants, only the strongest teams reach this round. Their cases sit on Vietnam's working agenda, from logistics operations and supply chains to smart logistics and sustainability, and the closing stretch is a head-to-head rebuttal between the two leading teams. The organisers frame the show as a meeting point for students, industry specialists, companies and the wider logistics community rather than a closed academic exercise.

   What is on the programme:

• — the peak: a live rebuttal between the two leading teams, then the first champion is announced;

   The audience this is built for: students and early-career professionals aiming at logistics, freight and trade; recruiters curious about how the next cohort reasons; and anyone who wants to understand how Vietnamese supply chains actually work.    Behind the event is a student club. VLC describes itself as a modern academic environment for students interested in logistics, supply chains, transport and aviation, built to connect coursework with company practice, and this final is its largest milestone in the first season of Smart Logistics Challenge.

   Entry costs nothing, but seating is split into classes with different perks: VVIP Class gives priority seat choice and its own check-in, VIP Class puts you in clear view of the stage, Vé Tiêu Chuẩn is standard seating, Vé Trải Nghiệm is for people who come for the atmosphere, and Vé Tiện Lợi - Linh Hoạt suits those who need flexibility. Registration for VVIP is already closed; the remaining classes open on 4 September and close on 10 September, one seat per order.
