Stand-up comedy «Xưởng Xộc Xệch #2» (The Rickety Workshop)

   "Autumn's here and the days are long, come over and I'll tell you a joke": with that rhyme the Hanoi stand-up group Xưởng Joke (The Joke Workshop) opens its "workshop" for the second time at Quán Cầm. If you need a night of proper laughter as the weather cools, this is the place.

   Xưởng Joke is a young stand-up comedy group in Hanoi. For the second "Xưởng Xộc Xệch" (The Rickety Workshop) night, the group's "comedy craftsmen" bring stand-up material they have been busily "producing" to make you laugh out loud.

   Quán Cầm is a small old-music café and wine bar on the third floor of a building on Nguyễn Thượng Hiền street, opened in 2017 out of nostalgia and love for Da Lat. The small room puts the laughs very close.

   It is for adults who love stand-up and anyone looking for a different kind of weekend night out with friends.

   The show is for ages 16 and over; the organisers joke that it is "not recommended for anyone still at school". There is an early-bird offer for bookings before 13 October, and the group advises booking early as it is a busy season.
