«Vietnam Private Sector Forum 2026 (VPSF) — Quang Ninh regional round»

   One day in which companies get to say what is not working straight to the people who write the rules — and then sit down at a table with actual buyers. If you run a business in the north and are looking for a distributor, a technology partner, or simply a read on where the province is heading with green energy and logistics, this is where all three are in the same room.

   The theme of this year's regional round is “Digital transition – Green transition”, and the organisers expect 300–350 delegates: officials, economists and business owners from Quang Ninh and neighbouring provinces. Discussion is deliberately narrowed to four sectors the province has put at the centre of its plan — green energy, infrastructure and high-tech industry, logistics, and smart cities.

   Besides the panel sessions, the day includes:

   — an exhibition of more than 60 stands (15 of them premium) showing OCOP produce, regional specialities, manufactured goods and digital and green-transition solutions from Quang Ninh, Hai Phong, Bac Ninh, Hung Yen and Ninh Binh;

   — a B2B matchmaking programme built around 50 buyer tables, with a stated target of 30 to 50 memorandums, quotations and contracts signed on the day; confirmed counterparties include AEON Mall, BIM Group, the Lien Hoa industrial cluster, foreign-invested manufacturers, banks, F&B operators and travel companies;

   — a multi-platform selling livestream with well-known creators, run inside a forum here for the first time;

   — a gala dinner closing the day, where the deals struck during it are read out.

   Speakers come from V-Green (part of Vingroup), FPT and Cai Lan International Container Terminal, alongside economists Can Van Luc and Bui Quang Tuan. The round also carries forward proposals gathered at the earlier eastern and western sub-rounds and from local business associations, so what lands on the table is a provincial position rather than a Ha Long one.

   It is aimed at company owners, sales and export managers, and anyone working in technology, logistics, the marine economy or energy. The host is the Quang Ninh Young Entrepreneurs Association, acting on the national association's plan and in coordination with the provincial People's Committee.
