Fundraiser «Swell Party» at Paradise Beach Bar

   A Sunday afternoon of surfing, happy hour and fundraising for a community project: Da Nang Surf Cam invites you to My Khe Beach to help upgrade the city's first free surf camera.

   Da Nang Surf Cam is a free, volunteer-run live webcam for My Khe Beach. Every dong raised goes to a better camera and router, and the current camera will become Cam #2 at a new spot.

   The plan:

• — 3–6 PM: surf, eat and drink; happy hour with buy 2, get 1 free on happy-hour drinks
• — Around 6 PM: prize draw, plus the day's surf footage on the big screen
• — After the draw: the reveal of where Cam #2 is going

   How to chip in: say "Surf Cam" when you order and Paradise gives 8% of your bill to the camera fund. Fundraising cards are 50,000 VND each or 3 for 100,000 VND, and buying cards gets you one buy-one-get-one drink. Prizes come from Holiday Surf, La Pizza Fritta, Da Nang Outdoor Adventures, Epic Surf School, GlowRoom and Roadhouse Da Nang.

   Nobody keeps any of the money; the organisers will post what was raised and what it bought after the party.
