Improv night «Improv Jam Da Nang»

   On Tuesdays in Da Nang you can play theater without a script: The Workshop hosts an open improv jam. People play improv games and get silly together, and anyone not ready to join in can, as the organizers put it, «watch from a safe distance». If you have been meaning to try improv, it hardly gets easier than this.

   The jam is open to anyone interested in improvisation or acting, and it is beginner-friendly: the organizers promise a playful, non-judgmental room and sum up the spirit as «no pressure, no mistakes». They say the group is usually between 10 and 40 people. The city guide Digital Da Nang describes the night as spontaneous scenes built together.

   Entry is by donation, «pay what you can»: there is no fixed price, and your contribution also supports the venue. The jam runs every Tuesday evening; some of the group arrive around 19:30 to eat, have a drink and chat, and the games start at 20:00. According to the organizers' listing, the series is scheduled through the end of December. The jam also has a WhatsApp community, linked in the Meetup announcement.
