Exhibition «Food & Drink Show – Đà Nẵng 2027»

   Central Vietnam lives on tourism, and tourism lives on kitchens: coffee shops, restaurants, hotels and the supply chain behind them. In late June 2027 the coastal city gives four days to that whole chain, with 220 stands of food, drinks, bakery equipment and packaging solutions.

   The show belongs to the Vietnam Food & Drink Show series, staged by Asia Communication and Exhibition (ACM) alternately in Da Nang and Can Tho. The organiser calls it the city's largest trade event of 2027. The previous Da Nang edition ran from 28 to 30 May 2026 at the same venue.

   The floor is built around four groups: food and beverages, bakery equipment, restaurant and hotel hardware, and packaging solutions. Alongside the stands the programme carries themed seminars, workshops and a check-in gift activity.

   The venue deserves a line of its own. The Da Nang exhibition centre covers 140,000 m² of ground, with a three-storey indoor hall of 10,000 m² and 50,500 m² of outdoor exhibition space, so the fair never gets squeezed into a single crowded lobby.

   It suits venue owners, chefs, distributors, dealers and manufacturers looking for buyers in the central region. If you are opening a place in Da Nang or Hoi An, this is where you negotiate with the factory instead of the middleman.

   Booking the summer of 2027 early is worth it, because these four days usually land inside the city's peak tourist season.
