Cabaret show at Moulin de Danang

   Red velvet, feathers, top hats and a glowing windmill above the stage: Moulin de Danang brings the mood of a Parisian cabaret to Da Nang and serves it with dinner. If you would rather spend the evening at a table facing a stage than at a bar, this place was made for exactly that.

   The restaurant bills itself as a meeting of fine dining and European cabaret: inspired by the legendary cabarets of Paris, every dinner is designed as a performance in which music, choreography, lighting and food work as one. The show blends classic cabaret style with a modern touch, and the room takes its cue from European theaters, with several levels, bold contrasts of light and color and classic detailing.

   How a day at Moulin de Danang works:
— the lunch show runs for an hour, from 12:30 to 13:30, with live music from 13:00 to 15:00
— dinner comes in two seatings, with shows at 17:30 and 20:00; each table is booked for an hour and a half
— the kitchen pairs traditional Vietnamese and modern European cooking, and the house rules require a set menu in the evening
— the room seats 150 to 160 guests
— closed on Wednesdays

   It is aimed at couples, families, groups of friends and corporate groups, and the restaurant offers tailored packages for dates, anniversaries, birthdays and even marriage proposals.

   There is no separate show ticket. To watch the performance, the restaurant recommends the VIP area and a set menu; guests who are mainly there to eat can sit in the regular area. Dinner sets range from 1,050,000 VND (vegetarian) to 1,950,000 VND per person, plus 8% VAT, and the lunch set is 570,000 VND per person. Tables must be booked at least two days ahead with a 50% deposit; the later you cancel, the smaller the share of the deposit refunded.
